Change Program:

Aspire Volleyball Club is dedicated to providing their athletes with the technical, strategic, physical and mental training needed to reach their highest potential as a junior volleyball player.

The players who participate in our program will learn teamwork, self-discipline, goal setting, personal responsibility, the setting of high standards and the excitement of individual and team achievements. Aspire Volleyball Club teaches volleyball players more than just volleyball. We believe in teaching values, which are fundamental to our athletes on the court, in the classroom and throughout life. The core of our training is 100% effort + persistent belief = success.

Examples of other things we believe in:

  • Volleyball should be fun and educational
  • Everyone must put individual interests second to the teams
  • There is inherent value in hard work
  • One should strive to do their best and exemplify true sportsmanship
  • One should win and lose with equal grace, and always play with joy
  • Every time you walk into a gym, you should learn something

We believe in winning and we believe in enjoying the experience, both of which can be achieved by focusing on one goal and that is to work hard, give 100%. There are many things we can’t control, but our level of effort and our attitude are not among them.

Good, better, best never let it rest; till your good is better and your better is best!

All of our coaches work together to develop each child in the program by teaching the same principles at each age level. The curriculum for our program is derived from the Gold Medal Squared Coaching philosophies and is led by the Club Head Coach, Cinnamon DaSilva and implemented by our experienced staff. Our coaches recently attended a summer session with Gold Medal Squared a statistically driven training program used and developed by our Nation's best coaches.

To further develop the growth of our players we provide ample hours of training for our coaches, both on and off the court. Another part of our coaches educational training comes from online webinars, in person training with the Club Head Coach, as well as attending coaching seminars.

Our number one goal is to see player development and players/coaches taking pride in their commitment to the club, team and self. We strive to provide a positive and educational environment that fosters healthy competition and camaraderie amongst players and families.
