I am very excited for the opportunity to work with players in a sport that I am passionate about and one that has been so very much apart of my life growing up. Participating in sports from a young age and through college as a Division I athlete (women’s rowing) developed my work ethic and outlook on the world while teaching me the importance of teamwork, respect and trust, time management, discipline, and to savor the unbreakable bonds formed between players by being part of a team. As a coach I hope to further develop the players’ skill set and understanding of the game of volleyball in a positive environment while also instilling important tools that they can take with them and apply in other aspects of their lives. Throughout the course of the season  I look forward to seeing the growth and development of the players on an individual level as well as the camaraderie and achievements made by the team as a whole.
